Physical and Postal Address in Costa Rica
TopOffice provides you with a registered address, which can be used for all your business purposes (even as legal address of your corporation or company!) or as a confidential address for personal mails. The registered address can be used on business cards, letterheads or any other official documents. Your official address will be:

Whenever mail arrives, TopOffice immediately sends you (free of charge) a notification via email & SMS (for local mobile phone users only) including the sender information.
Mail-Handling Options
Mail can be kept for your self-collection during our office hours. Uncollected mails will be disposed after 90 days.

TopOffice will sort, bundle and pack your mail received and securely forward on to you - perhaps to your home, your office or another address of your choice. This can be daily, weekly or monthly - the choice is yours. You can choose between regular mail (Correo de Costa Rica) and leading national and international courier services like FedEx, UPS and DHL. TopOffice charges $5 per group forwarded plus postage/shipping cost.
