For clients who require a dedicated telephone number TopOffice uses modern Call-Centre technology. When calls are made to your dedicated number a screen prompt displays your company greeting along with any specific instructions you may have requested on that day. The Operator relays the appropriate information to the caller, takes a message or re-directs the call to the number you have specified.

Dedicated Fax Line

With our Dedicated Fax Line, TopOffice sends all incoming faxes for you directly to your email, in the popular Adobe PDF format.

Call forwarding / transferring

You can have various phone numbers being routed to TopOffice. The TopOffice secretaries function as a phone central and re-direct any calls for you to any number world-wide. By keeping our secretaries informed about your current location TopOffice keeps you up-to-date about all important messages or calls coming in for you as if you were in the adjacent office! All notes regarding incoming calls, left messages, faxes and regular mail will be forwarded to you via Fax, email or SMS immediately. You decide when and where you receive your notes from TopOffice.

Your Company can be reached at TopOffice from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Our professional secretaries will give all the information about all or certain callers and visitors about up-to the minute news or messages from you.

Agenda Management

The TopOffice secretaries can make arrangements and appointments for you. Information about temporary absence (business trip, vacation etc.) can be stored weeks in advance. Any changes requested by you will be made in real-time. All sent and received notes (calls, faxes, emails, SMS, regular mail etc.) regarding your account are stored in a database (secure server) which is accessible at any time through the world-wide web.

Furnished Offices

To our TopOffice VIP Package customers we offer private offices that can be used free of charge for up to 20 hours per month. Additional hours can be booked at the rate of only $10/hour.

We offer a messenger service in the greater San Jose area. Be it picking up or delivering documents, taking documents for processing to the Registro Nacional, buying flowers for your spouse or a last minute present for the kids … consider it done!
